If your purchase isn't perfect, we are happy to accept a return.

HOLIDAY SALE RETURN POLICY 11/27/2020-11/30/2020

  • Voluspa candles are excluded from any and all holiday promotions.
  • All purchases made during these days are final sale.
  • No returns. No exchanges. No store credit. No exceptions.
  • Sale cannot be applied to past purchases.
RETURN POLICY
  • Due to COVID-19, The Boutique Bar reserves the right to alter our return policy at any time. In-store purchases are currently final sale.
  • Items must have all tags attached and be free of any stains, debris and odors to be eligible for store credit.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if an item has been worn, washed, damaged, or is a final sale item.
  • If we receive an item back in any of the listed conditions, you will be responsible for the return shipping to have the item sent back to you.
  • Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery date for a full store credit to be applied.
  • Returns postmarked after 7 days of delivery date will be returned to sender and subject to additional shipping charges.
  • Shipping is non-refundable.
  • All jewelry, bodysuits, accessories and sale items are final sale.
  • The Boutique Bar does not offer refunds to the original form of payment, but issues store credits in return.

EXCHANGES

  • Due to the fast selling nature of The Boutique Bar styles, we cannot offer exchanges by mail. However, we are happy to accommodate exchanges in store within seven days of postmarked date.

RETURN OPTION 1: BY MAIL

  • You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item(s) back to The Boutique Bar. The Boutique Bar does not pay for return shipping or handling costs. We strongly recommend that you send your return(s) back with a tracking number. The Boutique Bar is not responsible for any return package(s) lost in transit.
  • You can expect a full store credit issued to you via email once processed.
  • It can take several business days for The Boutique Bar to receive your return + process it, and for you to receive your store credit.

RETURN OPTION 2: IN STORE

  • Visit us in store within seven days of your order during business hours (regularly updated at ShopTheBoutiqueBar.com) and we'd be happy to initiate a return for you.
  • You can expect a full store credit issued to you via email once processed.
